All sessions will be held July 16, 2014 in the Hotel at Old Town Conference Center.

There will be two separate learning strands. The first will focus on innovative ways to use iPads with sessions for novice users / advanced users in the morning and elementary / secondary iPad learning labs in the afternoon. The idea is that you get a bit of direct instruction in the am and the afternoon is all hands-on creation and practice with lots of awesome conversations with other ed superheroes.

The second strand will be a bit more open-ended. We’re moving the much loved UnConference to the morning. And in the afternoon, we’ll facilitate a variety of all sorts of fun, innovative goodness in a hands-on Sandbox! There could be stations for video games, MineCraftEdu, Chromebooks, Google Apps, coding, PBL, littleBits, MaKeyMaKey – who knows. But you know it’s gonna be sweet.

And here’s the cool thing. You’ll get to pick and choose, move back and forth, vote with your feet, learn what you need, go where you want. Maybe you start with an iPad session at 9:00, jump over to the UnConference for a bit, grab some lunch, hang in the Sandbox, and end the day creating some cool stuff in the secondary iPad Learning Lab. It’s up to you.

It’s gonna be awesome!
